Rules (the same eight the guard re-derives): (1) header exactly ts,kind,amount_usd,status, four fields per row; (2) ts strict — YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS, 24h clock, no timezone, real calendar date/time (date-only = T00:00:00); (3) kind ∈ {job, lead, recovery}, status ∈ {booked, qualified, recovered, failed}, valid pairs job→booked|failed, lead→qualified|failed, recovery→recovered|failed — anything else refused; (4) amounts strict decimals in integer cents, no floats; on a failed row the amount is the value at stake (shown, never summed); (5) the period is exactly that calendar month [first day, next first day) — a row outside it is refused with its line number; (6) headline: jobs booked = count(job ∧ booked), leads qualified = count(lead ∧ qualified), revenue recovered = Σ cents(recovery ∧ recovered), failures = every status=failed row (any kind); (7) one deterministic work-log line; (8) pin = PROOF-V1|month|records|jobs_booked|leads_qualified|failures|fp over the report’s own canonical JSON.
